As a young professional in the field of education, I have created this site in order to document each stage of my development as an educator. Each of these experiences have shaped my own philosophy of teaching, which includes four main principles: a dedication to ongoing professional development, the creation of a positive classroom learning community, a belief in student-centered learning opportunities, and the implementation of well-planned differentiated instruction.
